XMO LimitedLean Team, Agile Execution XMO Robotics currently operates with a lean structure of two full-time core members, focusing on strategic planning and system integration. As we approach the mass production and U.S. market launch in 2026, we will scale up to a focused team of 8 full-time employees by 2027. The target organisational structure is designed for efficiency: R&D (four members): Driving 100% in-house development, covering mechanical design, embedded systems, and AI algorithms. Market & Sales (two members): Leading global brand building and North American channel expansion.
