Timeline

Tips
- The Incubation Programme closes on the same day as the Creative Micro Fund; if you're earlier than incubation, CCMF is the first step.
- HKUST students and alumni can ask for an HKUST fast-track nomination; the form for this intake is due by 22 Nov 2026.
- Read the eligibility rules twice. Most rejections are about company age, ownership or where the work happens, not the idea.
- Plan cash flow. Many schemes pay in instalments or reimburse costs after you spend them.
- Keep records from day one. Every scheme audits spending, and clean books make the next application easier.
